Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami vzniku studené války. Analyzuje důvody, které vedly ke vzniku konfliktu v průběhu druhé světové války a prvních let po ní. Sleduje první kroky ke konfliktu, diplomatická jednání mezi Sovětským svazem a západními zeměmi v klíčovém období druhé světové války, především průběh jednání konferencí Velké trojky, problémy v Řecku, Turecku a Íránu. Poté analyzuje cestu ke studené válce v rámci Marshallova plánu a Trumanovy doktríny. V celém kontextu se zabývá vztahy mezi vůdci Velké Británie, USA a SSSR v inkriminovaném období. Podíl viny Sovětského svazu na vzniku konfliktu je neoddiskutovatelný, ale s postupným otevíráním archivů všech stran, především těch sovětských, je evidentní, že západní politici značnou měrou přispěli ke vzniku konfliktu. Problém naprosto není uzavřen, stále přicházejí nové interpretace. To se stalo i podnětem k napsání této práce, jež analyzuje jednání vrcholných politiků v kontextu s událostmi, které vedly ke vzniku studené války. Je zaměřena na Rooseveltovo a Trumanovo jednání a jejich příspěvek ke vzniku konfliktu, což také v rámci předložených faktů dokazuje, a tím vyvrací obecně zažitý názor, že Sovětský svaz je jedinou příčinou vzniku konfliktu. The work analyzes the reasons of the conflict during World War Two and the first years after. It's written about the first steps in the conflict, the diplomatic negotiations between the Soviet Union and western countries during the time of the problems at the end of the world war two, especially conferences of the Big Three, problems in Greece, Turkey and Iran. I analyze the steps to the cold war like the Truman doctrine and Marshall plan. The Soviet Union guilt is undeniable, but there is a lot of new information that shows blame of western countries, especially the United States. This is the reason why I write this work, this theme is absolutely not ended and slowly opening archives show a lot of new details about the start of the conflict. I want to compare the policy of both sides during world war two and first years after the end of the world conflict and find the problematic decisions of the western countries. I recognized that instead of the common opinion of the only guilt of the Soviet Union, we can find many problematic decisions from the Unite States contributed the beginning of the Cold War.
