Příspěvek shrnuje zkušenosti získané se střídačem se spínacími prvky s IGCT provozovaným v laboratoři a také poznatky získané při nasazení prvků IGCT u vozidel městské hromadné dopravy. Sledovali jsme přepěťové jevy vznikající mezi střídačem a asynchronním motorem, vliv napájecích vodičů a vznikající elektromagnetické interference. The paper summarized experience optained from an IGCT - inverter operating under laboratory conditions as well as in city mass transport vehicles. Overvoltage phenomena arising between the inverter and the supplied induction motor, the influence of the used cables, and the EMC are discussed. Finally, a comparison of EMI produced by IGCT and IGBT converters is given.
