Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou borelióza. Cíl práce: Shrnutí teoretických podkladů dané diagnózy, provedení studie metodiky fyzioterapeutické péče, návrh terapie, sledování jejího průběhu a zhodnocení efektu u pacienta s diagnózou borelióza. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce byla zpracována na základě souvislé odborné praxe, která probíhala na pracovišti Oblastní nemocnice Kladno, v termínu 6.-31.1.2014. Obsahem této práce bylo zpracování tématu borelióza z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Práce obsahuje část obecnou, zabývající se teoretickými poznatky dané diagnózy a část speciální, která obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou borelióza. Aim of thesis: Summary of theoretical findings of patientʼs diagnosis, study metodology of physiotherapeutic care, treatment design, monitoring of treatment, and evaluate the effect of patient with diagnosis boreliosis. Summary: This Bachelorʼs thesis was compiled on the base of internship on the District Hospital in Kladno, during the time period 6.-31.1.2014. Subject of this thesis was processing title of boreliosis from physiotherapistʼs perspective. Thesis has the general part, which deals with theoretical findings of diagnosis and special part, containing case report of patient with diagnosis boreliosis.
