We have developed a prototype of the electrochemical biosensor based on immobilized Photosystem II useful for pre-screening of herbicide presence in soil. We present an up-to-date state of our biosensor set-up consisting of a microflow system vessel, a semiautomatic control unit specially designed for amperometric measurement of PS II activity, and optionally a portable computer : Prototyp elektrochemického biosenzoru založený na imobilizovaném komplexu fotosystému II (PSII) byl vyvinut pro monitorování herbicidů v půdních extraktech. Byl představen současný stav zařízení, které se sestává z mikroprůtokové komůrky a poloautomatickou kontrolní jednotkou detektoru pro amperometrická měření aktivity komplexu PSII s možným připojením na přenosný počítač. V nedávné době byl tento biosenzorický analyzátor phytotoxicity použit pro stanovení herbicidu isoproturonu v půdních extraktech z polních pokusů
