Lidé jsou exponováni nanoaerosolům od nepaměti, avšak nově vyráběné nanomateriály přinášejí rizika, na která nejsme zdaleka připraveni. Ačkoli se jedná o relativně nové materiály a technologie, již dnes jsou u některých z nich prokázány jejich závažné zdravotní důsledky. Zabývat se proto otázkami ochrany lidského zdraví před jejich nežádoucími účinky je velmi potřebné. Předkládaná práce shrnuje vybrané bezpečnostní aspekty související s expozicí nanoaerosolům na pracovištích, kterým je v současnosti věnována velká pozornost. Práce tak představuje komentované výsledky autorčiny dosavadní odborné práce s odkazem na příslušnou publikační činnost. People have been exposed to aerosols since forever. However, the newly manufactured nanomaterials involve risks for those we are not ready. Although these are relatively new materials and technologies some of them have already demonstrated their serious health consequences. Therefore it is necessary to deal with the issues of human health protection from the unwilling effects. The present thesis summarizes selected safety aspects related to nanoaerosols exposure in the workplaces, which are currently the subject of attention. Thus the thesis presents the glossed results of author's previous professional work with reference to relevant publications.
