Rok obhajoby: 2013 Souhrn: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hry středových a univerzálních hráčů ve vrcholových soutěžích volejbalu. Náš výzkum sledoval všechny univerzální a středové hráče české nejvyšší volejbalové soutěže organizované Českým volejbalovým svazem v ročníku 2011/2012, ve všech jejich herních činnostech, které zpracovává statistický program Data Volley. Cíle: Cílem práce je zjistit, zdali herní činnosti a dovednosti blokařů a univerzálů významně ovlivňují výsledky utkání. Metody: Podklady pro vypracování výzkumné části diplomové práce byly statistické údaje Českého volejbalového svazu. Tato data se shromažďují každým rokem pro potřeby klubů a trenérů. Získané údaje byly statisticky vyhodnoceny a výsledky podrobeny výzkumu pomocí Spearmanovy korelace. Výsledné korelační koeficienty pak byly podrobeny diskusi. Výsledky: Výsledky a závěry práce jsou určeny především pro trenéry vrcholových soutěží.... Year of Thesis Defence: 2013 Summary: This thesis focuses on the game of middle blockers and diagonal players in top volleyball competitions. Our research followed all diagonal players and middle blockers in Czech top volleyball competition, organized by the Czech Association of volleyball in the year 2011/2012, in all of their gaming activities that were processed by the statistical program - Data Volley. Goals: The goal is to determine whether game activities and the skills of middle blockers and diagonal players significantly affect the results of matches. Methods: Information for the research part of this thesis, were based on the statistical data of the Czech Volleyball Association. These data are collected every year for the needs of clubs and coaches. The obtained data were statistically analyzed and results were subjects of research using Spearman's correlation.
