Článek podrobně analyzuje listinu, ktrou r. 1515 propůjčil pozemkový držitel staré báňské práce důlnímu konsorciu k nové těžbě stříbra, objasňuje dobové okolnosti, seznamuje s jednotlivými na podniku zainteresovanými osobami a pokouší se o přesnou lokalizaci propůjčeného dolu v rámci katastru obce Bartoušov u Havlíčkova Brodu. The article analyses in detail the deed, by means of which the land holder lends old mining work to mining consortium for new mining of silver in 1515. It clarifies period circumstances, introduces individual persons interested in the enterprise and attemps to locate precisely the mine lent within the cadastral territory of the village of Bartoušov near Havlíčkův Brod.
