Diplomová práce pojednává o mezisektorové spolupráci mezi firmami a nestátními neziskovými organizacemi. Cílem práce je ur it faktory, které ovliv ují funk nost mezisektorové spolupráce, zjistit, jaké jsou typy a východiska mezisektorové spolupráce a jak je spolupráce prezentována sm rem k ve ejnosti v rámci eské republiky. V teoretické ásti práce je p edstaveno a porovnáno n kolik teorií zabývajících se typologií mezisektorové spolupráce a teorie, která charakterizuje základní faktory ovliv ující mezisektorovou spolupráci. Výzkumná ást prezentuje záv ry a zjišt ní z kvalitativního výzkumného šet ení, které bylo provád no jak v nestátních neziskových organizacích, tak i ve firmách. Hlavní výzkumnou technikou bylo vedení polostrukturovaných rozhovor a obsahová analýza webových stánek. V záv ru práce jsou následn shrnuty poznatky a dosažené cíle a diskutovány výsledky práce. Synopsis The diploma thesis is focused on cross-sectorial cooperation between corporations and nonprofit organizations. The main goal of the thesis is to find the factors, which influence cross-sectorial cooperation. Furthermore, the aim is to determine typology and foundations of cross-sectorial cooperation and how this cooperation is presented in public within the Czech Republic. Several theories dealing with types of cross-sectorial cooperation and the theory that characterizes basic factors that influence cross-sectorial cooperation are introduced and compared in the theoretical part of this thesis. Research part presents conclusions and findings based on qualitative research, conducted in both corporations and nonprofit organizations. The results and the goals of the thesis are summarized in the conclusion of this thesis.
