cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnout a analyzovat vývoj politické emancipace dalitů, tvořících nejnižší vrstvy indické společnosti, od 19. století do současnosti. Práce se zabývá významnými událostmi a osobnostmi v boji za politické zrovnoprávnění dalitů (protibráhmanská hnutí v 19. století, přínos Gándhího a Dr. Ambédkara, vznik prvních politických stran hájících práva dalitů, hnutí Dalitských panterů). Práce věnuje prostor i dalším důležitým tématům jako je kompenzační diskriminace a násilí, jemuž dalité musí čelit. Specifickou kapitolu představuje případová studie politické strany Bahudžan samádž pártí zastupující zájmy dalitů ve svazovém státě Uttarpradéš.The main aim of the thesis is to summarize and analyse developement of the political emancipation of Dalits, the lowest classes of Indian society, from the 19th century to the present days.
