Cílem této diplomové práce je postihnout roli regionálního muzea ve výtvarném vzdělávání. Na základě vlastní praxe v roli muzejního pedagoga jsem se pokusila popsat souvislosti vzniku vzdělávací koncepce malého muzea. Na základě srovnání tří příkladů konkrétních vzdělávacích programů s jasně vytyčenými specifiky jsem postavila akční participační průzkum, provedený formou zúčastněného pozorování. Rozborem jednotlivých případů a následným porovnáním dílčích hodnot se vytanula prospěšnost participace muzejního pedagoga na koncepci a uspořádání expozice. Dále byl potvrzen předpoklad, že komunikace muzea se školou je nezbytná a programy, které jsou konzultovány s vyučujícími, mají mnohem větší obsahový přesah, než programy nekonzultované. Výtvarného vzdělávání na půdě regionálního muzea zaujímá nenahraditelné místo. Umožňuje nejen setkání s artefaktem, který je součástí historie místa, kde žák/klient muzea žije, ale přináší také možnost uplatnit jiné způsoby vnímání a myšlení než pouze racionální. Má dispozice přesáhnout své oborové dimenze a stát se nad předmětovým. The aim of this thesis is to map the role of a regional museum in art education. Based on my own experience as a museum education officer I have tried to describe the context of the development of an educational policy of a small museum. By comparing three examples of different educational programmes with clearly stated goals I arranged some participatory active research in which I took part and which I observed. Through analyzing these individual cases and comparing their partial aspects it came to light how beneficial it is for the museum's education officer to participate in developing and arranging the exhibition. Furthermore, these cases prove the point that museum-school communication is of vital importance and the programmes that had been discussed with teachers beforehand reach further and are more meaningful than programmes without consultation. Art education in a regional museum is irreplacable. Not only does it allow contact with the artefacts peculiar to the place where the student/client of the museum lives, but it also brings the possibility to practice other than just rational ways of thinking and perception. It has the capacity to reach out of its own bracket and become an interdisciplinary subject.
