Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivy a mechanismy, které působí různá intenzita lesní pastvy především v mírném klimatickém pásu. Pastva může být užitečným nástrojem k zachování biologické rozmanitosti, pokud se intenzita pastvy drží na přijatelné úrovni. Vliv pastvy na semenáčky dřevin závisí především na počtu pasených zvířat a jejich pastevní strategii. Tyto výsledky vznikly srovnáním studií manipulujících se stavy zvěře, pomocí oplocenek nebo ohrad. My bachelor thesis resumes effects of forest grazing and browsing in the temperate climate region. Grazing can be useful tool in maintaining biodiverzity. However this effect strongly depends on abundance of herbivores and their selectivity. These results are based on studies that manipulated with grazing pressure, using exclusion or enclusion of the herbivores.
