Diplomová práce se zabývá výsekem organizací občanské společnosti, které poskytují sociální služby a sídlí na území Pardubického kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, zda vlastní příjmy těchto organizací jsou určující pro jejich identifikaci s konceptem sociální ekonomiky, sociálního podnikání. Druhým cílem práce je na podkladě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci těchto organizací rozpoznat, jak naplňují jednotlivá kritéria sociálního podniku dle tzv. "jemnější definice" stanovené organizací EMES. První dvě kapitoly práce uvádějí do konceptů občanského sektoru a sociální ekonomiky, seznamují s jejich průsečíky a odlišnostmi. Dále se zabývají sociálními službami, podporou organizací občanské společnosti z pohledu mnoha aktérů, jejich financováním a ekonomickými aktivitami. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotnému výzkumu. SYNOPSIS This thesis covers partial universe of civic society organizations that provide social services in Pardubice region. The primary goal of the thesis is to explore, through a questionnaire research, whether the income generated by these organizations is a determining factor in their association with the concept of social economy and social enterprise. The secondary goal is to identify, using semi-structured interviews with the representatives of civic society organizations, how they fulfill principles of social enterprise based to the "softer definition" developed by EMES. The first two chapters introduce concepts of public sector and social economy as well as identify their similarities and differences. It is followed by a description of social services and support of civic society organizations from the view point of several parties. The third chapter is dedicated to the actual research.
