Tato práce se zabývá přípravou ligandů makrocyklu TACN s aminofosfi- nátovými pendantními rameny. Byly připraveny a plně charakterizovány dva ligandy. Jeden z ligandů byl využit pro komplexaci hlinitých iontů. Komplex byl studován potenciometricky, pomocí fluoridové iontově selektivní elektrody. Klíčová slova: makrocyklické komplexy, pozitronová emisní tomografie, fosfinové kyseliny The aim of this work was to prepare ligands of macrocycle TACN with aminophosphinate pendant arms. Two ligands were prepared and fully characterized. A complex of aluminium ion was synthesized with one of the ligand.
