Křížová saturace zisku vláknových zesilovačů představuje závažný problém v multifunkčních optických sdělovacích sítích pracujících s vlnovým multiplexem. V příspěvku jsou uvedeny experimentálně a teoreticky získané fluktuace optického výkonu vzniklé při přenosu asynchronních paketových signálů na WDM úrovni kaskádou pěti erbiem dopovaných vláknových zesilovačů. Transmission of burst-mode, packet data through a cascade of five erbium-doped fiber amplifiers is investigated experimetally and theoretically. Suppression of cros gain saturation in EDFAs by gain clamping the first EDFA has been studied.
