In this bachelor thesis the problematics of usage of two conjunctions "dan" and "als" will be investigated. In de first chapter the grammar rules regarding the use of the above-stated conjuctions in comparative construction will be defined. Subsequently, in the second chapter the research survey on the usage of comparative conjunctions by the native speakers will be introduced. The final results of the survey will be presented and put in the context with the theoretical side of the problematics. This thesis has as general objective to explore and define the differences between the use of "dan" and "als" according to the grammar rules of Dutch and in actual usage by native speakers. Teoretická část bude obsahovat především souhrn gramatických pravidel, která se tímto jevem zabývají. Následně, v části praktické bude představen výzkum užívání dvou výše uvedených spojek srovnávacích u rodilých mluvčích nizozemštiny. Budou představeny výsledky vyplývající z tohoto výzkumu a uvedeny do kontextu s teoretickou stránkou dané problematiky, jak byla uvedena v první teoretické části práce. Cílem této práce bude vyzkoumat rozdíly v používání srovnávacích spojek "dan'"a "als" podle gramatických pravidel a užívání těchto spojek u rodilých mluvčích.
