Autor: Zuzana Janoušková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po artroskopické operaci ramenního kloubu a sutuře SLAP. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky pacienta. Pacient byl 39letý muž s diagnózou SLAP léze 2. typu, s následnou artroskopickou operací a suturou SLAP. Obecná část: Zaměření na anatomii a kineziologii ramenního pletence s důrazem na caput longum biceps brachii a SLAP léze. Uvedena jsou operační řešení, vyšetřovací metody a doporučená pooperační terapie, etiologie, prevalence, návrat ke sportu. Speciální část: V této části je zpracována kazuistika pacienta po artroskopické operaci a sutuře SLAP, která byla vypracována na základě terapeutických jednotek, které proběhly v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v termínu od 7. 1. 2013 do 1. 2. 2013. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to process patient case histories. Patient was a man 39 years old with SLAP lesion type 2 after arthroscopic surgery a SLAP suture. General part: Focus on anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder girdle, with emphasis on caput longum biceps brachii and SLAP lesions. Given are surgery methods, examination methods and recommended postoperative therapy, etiology, incidence, return to the sport. Special part: This part is a case report of a patient after arthroscopy operation and SLAP suture, which was developed on the basis of therapeutic units, which were conducted in Kladno District Hospital from 7. 1. 2013 to 1. 2. 2013.
