Romana Lavičková Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Bolesti dolní části zad - přehled hodnotících škál a jejich využití ve fyzioterapeutické praxi Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Práce je zaměřena na vytvoření přehledu hodnotících škál, které se zabývají problematikou bolesti dolní části zad. Přehled tvoří celkem 28 dotazníků. Z tohoto souhrnu je vybráno 8 škál, které jsou aplikovány v praxi. Studie se zůčastnili 4 ambulantní pacienti, kteří pravidelně docházejí na fyzioterapii kvůli bolestem dolní části zad. Z těchto respondentů mají dva kořenové dráždění a zbývající dva jsou bez této iritace. U každého rehabilitanta bylo provedeno vyšetření. Výsledky jednotlivých škál získané od jednotlivých respondentů byly porovnány s výsledky, které zaznamenal terapeut z vyšetření. Každý dotazovaný zodpověděl otázku týkající se nejvhodnější škály s ohledem na individuální problémy. Zároveň byla zjištěna časová náročnost vyplnění i skórování jednotlivých škál. V závěru jsou uvedeny škály, které jsou podle mého názoru nejvhodnější pro potřeby ambulantní péče ve fyzioterapeutické praxi. This overview includes 28 scales in sum. Eight scales from this summary are selected for a practice. Four ambulant patients were attended in the research. These patients go to physiotherapy for low back pain regularly. Two patients have a radicular symptomatology and the other two are without this irritation. Each patient was physical examined by physiotherapist. The results from respondents were compared with the results of examination of the therapist. Each of these respondents chose the most appropriate scale from his focus. The time-consuming of filling and scoring of scales was determined. In conclusion the most appropriate scales were noted for the needs of ambulatory care in physiotherapy practise.
