Souhrn Název: Analýza distribuce plantárních tlaků u pacientů po mikrodiskektomii L5/S1 Cíl práce: Cílem práce je analyzovat rozložení plantárních tlaků u "postižené" a "zdravé" dolní končetiny. V rámci práce je provedeno porovnání rozložení tlaků "postižené a zdravé" končetiny staticky před intenzivní denní rehabilitací a po ní. Metoda řešení: Pro studii bylo vybráno 12 probandů s diagnózou Stp. mikrodiskektomii L5/S1 ve věku 40 - 65 let, denně rehabilitujících na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky v Praze. Tato skupina probandů byla vyšetřena jak z hlediska kineziologického rozboru fyzioterapeuta, tak pomocí přístroje Plantograf V07 používajícího se k vyšetřování stavu tlaku mezi ploskou nohy a maticově uspořádanými miniaturními snímači tlaku. Následně probíhala třítýdenní rehabilitace, po jejímž skončení, případně ke konci procedur proběhlo opět měření pomocí Plantografu V 07 a závěrečný rozbor fyzioterapeuta. Výsledky se poté zpracovávaly a porovnávaly pomocí PC. The work is based on comparison of plantar pressure distribution on "broken and healthy" footprint in static position before and after intensive daily rehabilitation. Method of solution: Twelve 40-65 years-old individuals were chosen for the study. They were treated for L5/S1 microdiscectomy and rehabilitated daily at Rehabilitation clinic Malvazinky in Prague. This group of individuals was examined in two ways; by a physiotherapist, who analysed their state of health using kinesiology analysis, and by Plantograph V07, which is used for examination of state of pressure between sole of foot and miniature pressure sensors shaped in a grid. Three weeks of rehabilitation was ended by the same ways of examination used at the beginning of therapy. The results were processed and compared by a computer.
