Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na diverzifikaci činností zemědělských podniků. Účelem diverzifikace je udržet a také vytvořit pracovní místa na venkově a udržet, nebo dokonce zvýšit příjem hospodářství a přispět k oživení venkovských obcí. Může přispět ke stabilizaci obyvatel venkova, růstu kvality jejich života a růstu konkurenceschopnosti zemědělských podniků. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat rozsah a význam diverzifikace pro zemědělské podniky v rámci celého Česka a také v modelovém území ORP Kralovice. Jejím cílem je také zjistit vliv diverzifikace na rozvoj venkova a zaměstnanost ve venkovských obcích, v rámci empirického šetření potom zhodnotit význam diverzifikace pro jednotlivé podniky v modelovém území a také zjistit, do jakých činností nejčastěji diverzifikují svoji činnost. Práce nejprve v teoretickém úvodu vymezuje pojem diverzifikace, její typologii, motivy, které vedou podniky k diverzifikaci, a také faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Popisuje také vývoj nejprve přidružené výroby před r. 1989 a poté nezemědělských činností po r. 1989 ve specifickém prostředí Česka. Součástí práce je také analýza silných, slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb nezemědělských činností. V závěru jsou prezentovány výsledky vlastního terénního šetření mezi podniky fyzických a právnických osob podnikajících v... The thesis deals with diversification of the activities of agricultural holdings. The purpose of diversification is to keep and also create new jobs in the rural areas, keep or even increase farm income and contribute to the recovery of the villages/rural communities. It may lead to the stabilization of the rural population, increase in quality of their lives and the competitiveness of agricultural holdings. Its main objective is to analyze extend and importance of diversification in the whole Czechia and also in the model area of ORP Kralovice. It also aims to determine the influence of diversification on the rural development and employment in the rural areas. Then it intends to evaluate the importance of diversification for concrete agricultural holdings in the model area and to find out which are the most common/frequent diversification activities. At first thesis defines the concept of diversification, its typology, motives for diversification and factors, which it affects. It describes the development of minor/affiliated production and diversification activities before and after 1989 in the specific environment of Czechia.
