Práce se zabývá právní úpravou autorského práva v České republice a v Rakousku. Jádrem práce je podrobné srovnání obsahu subjektivního práva autorského (tj. souboru jednotlivých oprávnění autora) a úpravy smluv týkajících se tohoto práva, především smlouvy licenční. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of copyright law in the Czech Republic and in Austria. The core of this thesis consists in a detailed comparison of the contents of the subjective copyright (i.e. the body of author's individual rights) and the regulation of contracts regarding the subjective copyright, especially the license contract.
