Tato diplomová práce "pojednává o službě Terénní sociální práce v ohrožených rodinách ve Středisku křesťanské pomoci v Praze - Diakonie ČCE, která je chápána jako jeden z účinných typů intervence do ohrožených rodin. Podpora těchto rodin vychází jednak z konceptu sociálního fungování a s ním spojených životních situací, a také z přístupů a pojetí (paradigmat sociální práce) konkrétních terénních sociálních pracovníků. Proces vyhodnocování životní situace rodin je velmi náročný a až doposud nebyl nijak celorepublikově standardizovaný. Od 1. ledna 2013 vstoupila v platnost vyhláška číslo 473/2012 Sb., která uvedla do praxe formulář pro vyhodnocování situace dítěte. Na základě této vyhlášky nyní probíhá reforma v této oblasti na odděleních SPOD, a služba TSPOR by se chtěla této reformě přiblížit. Nyní je tedy nezbytné zmapovat současný stav procesu a způsobu vyhodnocování situace rodin s dětmi ve Službě a dle získaného výsledku vytvořit aktuální metodiku vyhodnocování situace rodiny s dítětem. Mým cílem tedy bylo získat odpověď na to, jak probíhá vyhodnocování situace rodin s dítětem ve službě TSPOR, k čemuž směřuji v empirické části této práce. V teoretické části navíc představuji teoretické zázemí problematiky sociální práce s rodinou (legislativa, základní a odborné pojmy). This thesis treats the service "Field Social Work in vulnerable families" provided by Diakonie of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren - The Center of Christian Aid in Prague. This service is regarded as one of the most effective types of interventions to vulnerable families. The support of such families is based both on the concept of social functioning and related life situations, as well as on the approaches and concepts (paradigms of social work) of the specific field social workers. The process of evaluating the life situation of a family is rather a difficult one which until today has not been standardized throughout the Czech Republic. On the 1st January 2013 a new Decree No. 473/2012 Coll. came into force, introducing a form designed for evaluating the life situations of a child. Since then there has been an ongoing reform in the Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children. The service Field social work in vulnerable families would like to follow this reform. That is why it is necessary to map the present state of evaluating life situations of families with children in our Service and use the results in order to create an effective and efficient method for future work.
