Cílem diplomové práce je srovnání spokojenosti pacientů s poskytovanou péčí ve dvou zubních ordinacích, z nichž jedna je v České republice a druhá v Anglii, a to v kontextu organizace zdravotnictví v obou zemích. První, teoretická část práce se proto zabývá historií a charakteristikou zdravotnických systémů v České republice a ve Velké Británii a popisuje hlavní principy, na kterých dané systémy zdravotnictví stojí. Dále je v teoretické části definován pojem "spokojenost pacienta", vysvětleny hlavní modely i přístupy ke sledování spokojenosti pacientů a faktory, které spokojenost determinují. Empirická část diplomové práce představuje kvantitativní výzkum spokojenosti pacientů, který byl realizován na základě dotazníkového šetření, jehož metodologie výzkumu, včetně použitého dotazníku, je popsána a vysvětlena. Výzkum byl zaměřen na čtyři oblasti poskytnuté zubní péče: interpersonální vztahy, provoz ordinace a organizační záležitosti, finanční záležitosti a na odbornou úroveň péče. Podstatnou částí práce je vlastní analýza výsledků výzkumu, která ukázala faktory, které jsou z hlediska spokojenosti pacientů v obou ordinacích, klíčové. The main object of this diploma thesis is to compare two dental units from the patient points of view in both countries in the Czech republic and Great Britain. The first part of this thesis is focused on theory, characteristics, scructure and history of the health care systems in both countries in the Czech Republic and England. The next part defines the patient satisfaction and determinants of this satisfaction. The practical part of this thesis is focused on quantitative assesements questionare from two dental units. Both dental units are described and the questionare scructure is defined. The result of this thesis indicates key factors which are important for patients from different cultural and social groups.
