Using the 2D gel electrophoresis we studied the effect of polyphosphate kinase gene (ppk) inactivation and overexpression on the expression of other genes. Some of the proteins which expression differed significantly between Streptomyces lividans wild-type, ppk mutant and PPK overproducing strain were identified Pomocí dvourozměrné gelové elektroforézy jsme studovali efekt inaktivace a overexprese genu pro polyfosfat kinázu a to vzhledem k expresi ostatních genů.
