[cze][eng] V r. 2003 bylo navrženo aerodynamické uložení rotoru turbodmychadla (TD) o výkonu 100 kW s provozními otáčkami 18.000 min-1. V r. 2004 bylo uložení TD vyrobeno a byla provedena první etapa zkoušek. Proběhl další zkušební běh, při němž byly získány nové poznatky o provozních vlastnostech aerodynamických ložisek velkých rozměrů.Aerodynamic bearing support for a 100 kW input industrial turboblower was designed and partly tested. Rigid rotor with about 50 kg mass was run up to the maximum operating speed of 18.000 rpm. The rotor is supported in two aerodynamic tilting-pad journal bearings 120 mm in diameter, the axial forces are taken up by aerodynamic thrust bearing 250 mm in diameter. The tests showed trouble-free operation of journal bearings up to maximum operating speed.
