[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku regenerace u závodních plavců. Závodní plavání patří mezi fyzicky velmi náročné sporty. Nesprávná plavecká technika, nepřiměřená zátěž a nedostatek odpočinku jsou častou příčinou vzniku zdravotních komplikací. Proto je důležité do tréninku zapojit i vhodnou formu regenerace např. kompenzační cvičení. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat využití regeneračních technik u závodních plavců. Druhým cílem je popsání praktického využití fyzioterapeutických vstupů v rámci kompenzačních cvičení v tréninku závodních plavců. V teoretické části práce je charakterizováno plavání z pohledu fyzioterapeuta a jeho pozitivní a negativní vliv na lidský organizmus. Další kapitola popisuje jednotlivé plavecké styly. Část teorie je také věnována posturálním a fázickým svalům. Poslední kapitola se zabývá sportovní regenerací a zaměřuje se na její formy a prostředky. Praktická část byla vypracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu formou vyhodnocení kazuistik tří závodních plavců. Pro sběr dat byl zvolen vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, polostrukturovaný rozhovor a vlastní pozorování. Podle výsledků ze vstupního vyšetření byl pro probandy sestaven na každé setkání individuální plán, který obsahoval kompenzační cviky a další regenerační techniky. Celá terapie probíhala 3-4 měsíce. Výsledky z praktické části bakalářské práce jsou převážně pozitivní. U všech probandů došlo v průběhu terapie k protažení zkrácených svalů, posílení oslabených svalů a uvolnění hypertonních svalů. Pouze u probandky č. 3 se ke konci terapie zvětšil svalový tonus v oblasti levého ramene, a to z důvodu poranění v průběhu plaveckého tréninku. Všichni probandi zaznamenali mírné zlepšení v celkovém držení těla. Zvolené fyzioterapeutické postupy se osvědčily jako efektivní. Bakalářská práce může sloužit jako zdroj informací a inspirace pro fyzioterapeuty, trenéry a sportovce. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of regeneration of competitive swimmers. Competitive swimming belongs to physically very demanding sports. Wrong swimming technique, overload and lack of relaxation often cause health problems. That is why it is important to make also a suitable form of relaxation part of the training, f.e. compensation exercises. The first goal of my thesis is to chart the use of regeneration techniques with competitive swimmers. My other goal is to describe the practical use of physiotherapeutic techniques in compensation exercises as part of the competitive swimmers training. In the theoretical part swimming is characterized from the point of view of a physiotherapist as well as its positive and negative influence on human body. The next chapter describes the individual swimming styles. A part of the theory also focuses on postural and phasic muscles. The last chapter deals with regeneration in sports and focuses on its forms and means. The practical part was done with the method of qualitative research in the form of evaluating casuistry of three competitive swimmers. To collect data the input and output kinesiological analysis, semi-structured dialogue and own observation were used. An individual plan was made for each swimmer based on the results of the input examination containing compensation exercises and other regeneration techniques. The whole therapy took 3-4 months. The results of the practical part of my bachelor thesis are mostly positive. Shortened muscles were stretched, weakened muscles were strengthened and hypertonic muscles were relaxed during the therapy with all swimmers. Only with swimmer no 3 the muscle tonus augmented in the region of her left shoulder in the end of the therapy because of an injury in her swimming training. All swimmers noticed slight amelioration of their overall posture. The chosen physiotherapeutic techniques proved themselves effective. My bachelor thesis may be an information and inspiration source for physiotherapists, coaches and sportsmen.
