Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapie u pacientů s vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti bederní páteře se současným využitím labilních ploch. Vertebrogenní obtíže či pojem vertebrogenní algický syndrom je označení pro bolesti v různých částech páteře. Tyto obtíže jsou velmi častým důvodem návštěvy lékaře a také jedna z nejčastějších příčin pracovní neschopnosti. Počet těchto nemocných stále stoupá a nejzávažnější je, že tyto obtíže postihují čím dál více také mladší generaci. Bolesti zad jsou tak časté z toho důvodu, že mají mnoho příčin. Mezi jednu z nich můžeme zařadit i způsob dnešního života, změnu životního stylu a dá se říci, že i určitou pohodlnost obyvatelstva. Cílem teoretické části této bakalářské práce bylo popsat vertebrogenní obtíže, jejich příčiny, vyšetření a terapii, včetně několika možností fyzioterapie u vertebrogenních obtíží, což zahrnovalo také využití labilních ploch. Cílem praktické části práce bylo zmapovat efekt cvičení s využitím labilních ploch u konkrétních pacientů s vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti bederní páteře, čehož bylo dosaženo pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, pomocí čtyř kazuistik, které tvořili čtyři pacienti s vertebrogenními obtížemi v oblasti bederní páteře. U každého z nich bylo provedeno osm terapií, při nichž byly současně využívány labilní plochy. Výsledky byly posuzovány dle vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. U všech pacientů došlo ke zlepšení stavu, ovšem samozřejmě na podkladě jejich pravidelnosti cvičení. U některých pacientů docházelo k nepravidelnosti či vynechání cvičení, nebo k nevhodné ergonomii činností a tím byla také ovlivněna bolest, které ustupovala méně, než u pacientů, kteří cvičili pravidelně a snažili se dodržovat ergonomii práce. Lze tedy s jistotou říci, že pokud dochází k pravidelnému cvičení, dochází ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientů včetně zlepšení jejich psychického stavu, díky vymizení bolesti a s tím spojenému omezení v provádění určitých činností. This bacheolor thesis deals with the physiotherapy in patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine with the present use of unstable surfaces. Low back pain, or low back pain syndrome is mark for pains in different parts of spine. These dificulties are very common reason for doctor´s visits and also one of the most common causes of incapacity or work. The number of these patients is still rising and most serious is, that these problems affect more and more the younger generation too. Back pain is so common, because they have many causes. Among one of them we can include way of today´s life, change of lifestyle and we can say that a certain comfort of the population. The aim of the theoretical part of this thesis was to describe the low back pains, their causes, examination and therapy, including several options for physiotherapy of low back pains, which is also include the use of unstable surfaces. The aim of the practical part of this thesis was to map effect of exercises using unstable surfaces for specific patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine, which was achieved through the use of qualitive research, using four case reports, which consisted of four patients with low back pain in the lumbar spine. For each of them was performed eight therapies in which were used the unstable surfaces. The results have been assessed according to the input and output kinesiology analysis. In some patients, there were irregularities or ommisions of exercise, or inappropriate ergonomics activities and this has also been affected by pain, which drew less than in patients who practiced regularly and tried to follow the ergonomics of work. Therefore, you can say with certainty, that if you experience regular exercise, to improve the health status of the patient's improvement of including their mental state, thanks to the disappearance of pain and related restrictions in carrying out certain activities.
