Models of probes and their physical and electrical connections to the point of measurements in testing of ultra-high-speed boards fror compliance with signal integrity are provided. The aim is, to minimize the loading effect of the probe and to see the most exact replica of the signal. Práce se zabývá modelováním sond a jejich připojení k měřícímu bodu při testování ultrarychlých obvodů s ohledem na integritu signálu. Cílem je omezit ovlivňování funkce obvodu připojenou sondou a získání co nejvěrnější repliky signálu na výstupu sondy.
