Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou napjatosti a pravděpodobnosti porušení keramické hlavice kyčelní endoprotézy. V modely jsou uvažovány mikro a makro tvarové odchylky kuželových kontaktních ploch. Velikosti těchto odchylek byly získány z měřícího zařízení IMS UMPIRE. Makrotvarové odchylky souvisí s různou kuželovitostí dříku a hlavice, mikrotvarové odchylky jsou nasuperponavány na makrotvarové odchylky. The paper deals with the problems of the stress and failure probability of the ceramic head of hip joint endoprosthesis. There are considered the macro and micro shape deflections of the contacted cone areas, the values are given from the 3D measured device IMS UMPIRE. The macro shape deflection is different conicity of the contacted parts, micro shape deflections are the local shape deflection which are added with the macro shape deflections.
