Cílem práce je rozšíření stávajícího projektu o další možnosti využití odpadního tepla z biodegradační procesů a vylepšení návrhu bioreaktoru. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z využití biomasy a odpadních zdrojů. Praktická část je zpočátku zaměřena na rozvoj konstrukce bioreaktoru, následující část se zaobírá využitím tepelných trubic pro odvod tepla a poslední řadě je vyzkoušeno vyhřívání fermentoru a jímání vzniklého plynu. Vzniklý návrh realizace nového bioreaktoru se osvědčil, disponoval více výhodami než předchozí typ. Tepelné trubice mají vysoký potenciál v uplatnění odvodu tepla z bioreaktoru, následující kroky vy měly vést k vytvoření systému propojených tepelných trubic a regulovanému odběru tepla. Odběr bioplynu se zpočátku zdálo jako dobrá myšlenka, ovšem procesy uvnitř fermentoru jsou složitější, než se předpokládalo. Po krátké době se procesy uvnitř fermentoru zastavily, tudíž tento směr bude vyžadovat hlubší zkoumání. The aim of the thesis is to extend the existing project of further use of waste heat from biodegradation processes and to improve bioreactor design. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the use of biomass and waste resources. The practical part is initially focused on the development of the bioreactor structure, the following part deals with the use of heat pipes for heat dissipation and the last chapter is about heating the fermenter and collecting the generated gas. Designed construction of the new bioreactor proved to have more advantages than the previous type. Heat pipes have a great potential for heat dissipation from the bioreactor, next steps should lead to a system of interconnected heatpipes and controlled heat dissipation. Biogas consumption initially seemed like a good idea, but the processes within the fermenter are more complex than expected. After a short time, the processes inside the fermenter have stopped, therefore this path of research will require further exploration.
