Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského záměru na založení úklidové společnosti. V první části práce je popsán teoretický rámec založení podnikatelského subjektu. Druhá část je zaměřena prakticky. V této části je popsáno založení nové společnosti. V praktické části budou popsány analýzy mikroprostředí, makroprostředí a SWOT analýza. Třetí část je věnována finančnímu plánu, který detailně popisuje výdaje a příjmy nově vzniklé firmy. The bachelor thesis is dealing with creation of a business interest of founding a cleaning company. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical Framework of founding a business subject is described. The second part is practical. This part describes founding of the new company. The practical part describes the analysis of micro, macro and SWOT analysis . The third part is devoted to the financial plan, which describes in detail the expenses and revenues of new a firm.
