Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikání konkrétně v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Zaměřuje se na analýzu stávajícího podnikatelského subjektu, a to cestovní agentury Bolsa travel. Analýzy vnitřního a oborového prostředí společnosti a také důležité finanční analýzy jsou vypracovány za účelem rozšíření zaběhlého podnikání. Na základě vybraných analýz a jejich výsledků je navrženo rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with business issues in the field of tourism. It focuses on the analysis of an existing business entity, namely travel agency Bolsa travel. Analyzes of the company´s internal and business environment, as well as important financial analyzes are developed to espand the working business. Based on the selected analyze and their results and extension of the business activities is proposed.
