Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na štúdiu priebehu zákazky obchodným podnikom. V prvej časti sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom o procesnom riadení. V druhej časti predstavuje spoločnosť a analyzuje súčasný stav spoločnosti a priebehu zákazky. V poslednej časti navrhuje vylepšenie a priebeh zákazky k spokojnosti zákazníka z hľadiska dodacích termínov, kvality a nákladov. This Bachelor‘s thesis is focused on the study of the contract award in the business company. In the first part it’s focused on teoretic knowledge about process management. The second part is about introducing the company and analyzing current status of the company and contract award. Last part is focused on designing better solutions of the contract award for satisfaction of the customers in terms of delivery time, quality and costs.
