Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského záměru pro založení nového fitness centra. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy, podnikatelský plán a analýzu prostředí. V následující části je analyzováno prostředí v okolí podniku. Poslední část se zaměřuje na konkrétní podnikatelský záměr pro založení fitness centra. This bachelor´s thesis focuses on developing a business plan for the establishment of a new fitness center. The theoretical part describe the basic concepts, business plan and environmental analysis. The following is analyzed environment around the company. The last part focuses on a specific business plan for the establishment of fitness center.
