Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Zabývá se výpočtem průměrného ročního přepočteného počtu zaměstnanců a následně výpočtem plnění povinného podílu. Analyzuje současný stav plnění povinného podílu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením u zaměstnavatele a na jeho základě předkládá návrhy řešení, které jsou pro zaměstnavatele výhodnější jak z hlediska ekonomického tak i daňového. The bachelor thesis focuses on optimizing the performance of the mandatory proportion of employment of persons with disabilities. It deals with the calculation of the average year recalculated quantity of employees and then with calculation of observance of the mandatory share. It analyses present state of performance of the mandatory proportion of employment of persons with disabilities of employer and on its basis presents proposals of solutions, which are for employer preferable in terms of economical and tax.
