Obsahem této bakalářské práce je migrace relační databáze z Microsoft SQL Serveru do cloudového řešení Microsoft Azure SQL Database. První část se zaměřuje na historii a vývoj Microsoft SQL Serveru a představení platformy Microsoft Azure se zaměřením na službu SQL Database. V druhé části je analyzován současný stav z hlediska informačního systému se zaměřením na obsah a strukturu databáze a následně v části třetí, v návaznosti na předchozí část, se již věnuji praktickému zpracování migrace. The content of this bachelor thesis is the relational database migration from Microsoft SQL Server to the Microsoft Azure SQL Database cloud solution. The first part focuses on the history and development of Microsoft SQL Server and the introduction of the Microsoft Azure platform with a focus on the SQL Database service. The second part analyzes the current situation from the viewpoint of the information system focusing on the content and structure of the database and subsequently in the third part, I deal with the practical processing of migration.
