Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku daňově a nedaňově uznatelných nákladů v České republice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na seznámení s aktuální právní úpravou daní. Praktická část je zaměřena na specifika při určování uznatelnosti nákladu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. Cílem práce je provést analýzu nákladů a optimalizovat daň z příjmů ve zvolené společnosti s ručením omezeným. The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of tax deductible and non-deductible costs in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the valid tax legislation. The practical part is focused on specifics in determining the deductibility of costs in a limited liability company. The aim is to analyze costs and optimize income tax in the selected limited liability company.
