Moja bakalárska práca sa zaoberá celkovým priebehom zákazky v danom podniku. Táto práca je rozdelená na niekoľko častí. V prvej časti sa budem venovať teoretickým východiskám v oblasti manažmentu procesov v podniku. V ďalšej časti predstavím firmu TECHNOS a.s. v ktorej budem túto prácu spracovávať. Neskôr sa budem venovať analýze súčasného stavu v spoločnosti. Na záver ponúknem riešenia nájdených nedostatkov ktoré by mali viesť k zlepšeniu súčasného stavu. My work deals with the overall course of the contract in the enterprise. This work is divided into several parts. The first part will be devoted to theoretical basis in the field of process management in the enterprise. The following represent the company Technos a.s. where I'll handle this job. Later, I will discuss the analysis of current situation in the company. Finally, offer solutions found shortcomings which should lead to an improvement in the current stage.
