Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu průběhu zakázky vybraným podnikem a následné vyhodnocení a navržení vhodného přístupu k zakázce, pro uspokojení všech požadavků zákazníka s minimálními náklady pro podnik. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of processes during the order in selected company and the subsequent evaluation and design of suitable approach to the order, which should meet all the customer needs with minimal cost.
