Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení vlivu orientace zrn tvářeného materiálu při penetračních zkouškách na miniaturních discích. Jako experimentální materiál byla zvolena ocel ČSN 41 2014, resp. její ekvivalent ocel RFe80, W.-Nr. 1.104. Výsledné záznamy z průběhů penetračních zkoušek byly vyhodnoceny pomocí již známých korelačních vztahů uváděných v literatuře a srovnány s hodnotami naměřenými standardními zkouškami (zkouškou rázem v ohybu a zkouškou tahem). V práci je diskutován vliv axiální, radiální a tangenciální orientace zrn v souvislosti s tranzitním lomovým chováním oceli. The diploma thesis is aimed to assesment of the influence of the specimen orientation during the Small Punch Tests (SPT). Steel ČSN 41 0214, or its equivalent steel RFe80, W.-Nr. 1.104 was chosen for experiments. Resulting records from SPT were evaluated using already known correlations which are reported in literature. The correlation values were compared with values obtained by the standard tests like Charpy impact test and tensile test. The influence of axial, radial and tangential test specimens orientation is discussed in relation to Ductile-to-Brittle fracture behaviour of the steel.
