Diplomová práce se zabývá tepelným zpracováním ocelových vývalků z perlitické oceli pomocí indukčního ohřevu, jehož cílem je zlepšení mechanických vlastností na povrchu vývalků. V teoretické části práce se nachází kapitola věnovaná perlitickým ocelím a indukčnímu ohřevu. V experimentální části byla provedena analýza současného stavu technologie tepelného zpracování a dosažených výsledků. Výpočtový model popisující proces tepelného zpracování byl vytvořen a následně byl použit pro návrh úprav procesu vedoucímu ke zvětšení hloubky tepelně zpracované vrstvy. Experimenty s upravenými parametry byly provedeny na lince tepelného zpracování. Byly provedeny analýzy mikrostruktury pomocí SM i EM, byl měřen průběh tvrdosti a byla provedena fraktografická analýza. Výsledkem práce je zvětšení hloubky tepelně zpracované vrstvy u navrhovaných úprav procesu až o polovinu oproti stávajícímu stavu. This thesis deals with heat treatment of pearlitic steel beams with using of induction heating. The aim of this heat treatment is to improve mechanical properties of steel beams. In theoretical part are described pearlitic steels and theory of induction heating. In experimental part of this thesis analysis of current state of technology with its results was made. Numerical model describing current state of technology was assembled. Then this model was used to recommend adjustments in current technology of heat treatment, which leads to enlargement of heat treated depth. Experiments with adjusted parameters were executed on heat treating machine. Analysis of microstructure using LM and EM, measurement of hardness and fractographic analysis were done. The result of adjustments is enlargement of heat treated depth about half compared with current technology.
