Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou akciového portfolia na základě výsledku hospodaření emitentů kotovaných na americkém akciovém trhu. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou rozebrány základní pojmy a teoretická východiska týkající se finančních trhů a analýzy akciových instrumentů. V praktické části je zpracována fundamentální analýza pomocí vybraných metod a finančních ukazatelů. Na závěr je doporučena vhodná struktura akciového portfolia. This master thesis deals with creation of a stock portfolio based on the economic results of the issuers listed on US stock market. The theoretical part describes basic terms and theoretical basis of financial markets and stock analysis. The practical part includes fundamental analysis based on selected methods and financial indicators. At the end there is proposal of appropriate stock portfolio structure.
