Obsahem této bakalářské práce je analýza a zaměření se na rozvoj již prosperující firmy, která se zabývá prodejem nátěrových hmot a jejich příslušenství. Cílem práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem, jak vytvořit podnikatelský plán. V analytické části analyzuji současnou situaci firmy pomocí vybraných ukazatelů a v poslední části se věnuji vlastním návrhům řešení. The aim of this work is to focus on the development of the prosperous company that deals with the sale of paints and accessories. My intention is to create a business plan. The theoretical part describes how to do it. The actual situation of the company is assessed in the analytical part by using specific indicators. At the end I specify my own solutions.
