Tato diplomová práce se zabývá řešením tepelných vlastností chladících kanálů sklářských tvarovacích forem a jejich teplotními a rychlostními poli v závislosti na různých konstrukčních variantách, které se používají, nebo mohou používat při strojním tvarování skla. To vše pomocí numerického modelování v prostředí CCM+. S nástupem numerických metod do inženýrských aplikací se otevírá prostor komplexního popisu dějů probíhajících napříč chladícím kanálem či samotnou tvarovací formou. Důraz v této práci byl kladen na porovnání teplotních polí, chla-dících výkonů a intenzitu chlazení v jednotlivých částech vybraných konstrukčních čtyř vari-ant chladících kanálů ze sklářského provozu. Simulace byly provedeny za stejných okrajových podmínek odpovídajících provozním podmínkám sklárny a řádně diskutovány. Některé veličiny byly vyneseny do bezrozměrných grafů pro snazší přepočet na jiné okrajové podmínky. Vlastnosti kanálů opatřených difusorem byly porovnány s experimentem a komentovány. Ne-stacionární teplotní pole formy bylo vypočteno za pomocí Ansysu APDL za účelem získání teplotního rozdělení v akumulační a stacionární zóně formy a za účelem verifikace okrajových podmínek pro chladící kanály. The presented thesis deals with a numerical simulation of axially cooled glassmaking parison. Several types of cooling channels have been investigated according to its usage in glassmaking process. Software Star CCM+ was used to describe properties throughout the channels and also the parison itself. The main focus of this thesis lies in comparing of temperature fields, cooling effects and cooling intensity among the chosen channel designs. The boundary condi-tions were kept the same accordingly to glassmaking conditions for every design. Some out-puts were transferred to non-dimensional diagrams in order to recalculation pursuant to other boundary conditions. Properties of diffuser channel designs were compared to an experiment. Transient temperature field of the parison were calculated with Ansys APDL in order to de-termine the accumulation and stationary zone of the parison and to verify the boundary conditions for cooling channels.
