The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the selected business subject Oknoplast Slovakia, s. r.o. On the basis of the analyzed analytical methods of the internal and external environment of the company, the overall situation of the company is evaluated. The Králičkov Quick Test evaluates the financial situation of the company. At the end of the thesis there are suggestions to improve the current situation. Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu vybraného podnikateľského subjektu Oknoplast Slovensko, s. r.o. Na základe skúmaných analytických metód vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia podniku je zhodnotená celková situácia podniku. Pomocou Králičkovho Quick testu je zhodnotená finančná situácia podniku. V závere práce sú uvedené návrhy na zlepšenie momentálnej situácie.
