Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení rodinného penzionu. V první kapitole této práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy týkající se založení podniku, je popsána struktura a náležitosti podnikatelského plánu a analytické metody a nástroje. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku včetně primárního marketingového výzkumu, na jejich základě je ve třetí kapitole zpracován kompletní podnikatelský plán rodinného penzionu. The Master’s thesis deals with processing of a business plan for establishing a family guesthouse. In the first chapter of this thesis are defined theoretical foundations for starting a business, describes the structure and essentials of a business plan and analytical methods and tools. The second chapter analyzes external and internal environment, including the primary marketing research, on the basis of which the complete business plan of the family pension is elaborated in the third chapter.
