Práce, vypracovaná v rámci bakalářského studia oboru B-STG Strojírenské technologie, je zaměřena na téma vstřikování plastů do forem. V úvodní části se práce zabývá materiály vhodnými pro vstřikování a dále je práce zaměřena na samotný proces vstřikování a popis jednotlivých částí a komponent vstřikovacího stroje a nástroje. Projekt obsahuje návrh technologie výroby (vstřikování plastů do kovových forem) a její konstrukční řešení. Závěr práce obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení, přílohovou a výkresovou dokumentaci. The work, elaborated within B-STG Engineering Bachelor´s degree program, is focused on the topic of injection molding into molds. In the introductory part, the work deals with materials suitable for injection. In the next chapter, the work is focused on the process of injection and description of individual parts and components of the injection machine and its tools. The thesis contains the concept of the technology of production ( injection moulding into metal molds) and its design solution. The conclusion of the thesis includes economic evaluation, attachment and drawing documentation.
