Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast hodnocení rizik při porušení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP). První část práce, je tvořena teoretickými východisky obecné problematiky v oblasti BOZP. společně se Dále se zaměřuje na část řízení BOZP, která se zabývá identifikací a hodnocením rizik. V další části práce je na základě současného stavu managmentu BOZP v modelové společnosti provedena identifikace, analýza a hodnocení rizik. Pro hodnocená rizika jsou navržena opatření k jejich eliminaci. The diploma thesis focuses on the area of risk assessment in a case of breaking the health and safety at work rules (OSH). The first part consists of the theoretical basis of health and safety at work. Then it focuses on health and safety management, which deals with the identification and evaluation of risks. Next part of the thesis contents identification, analysis and evaluation of risks, which are based on a model company and it´s OSH management The goal of the thesis is to find measures to eliminate risks proposed by the risk evaluation.
