Témou diplomovej práce je Analýza způsobů financování bydlení. Diplomová práca sa skladá z dvoch častí: teoretickej a praktickej. V teoretickej časti práce popíšem trh s nehnuteľnosťami, charakterizujem vývoj realitného trhu na Slovensku, popisujem spôsoby ocenenia nehnuteľností a tiež možnosti financovania nehnuteľností, či už pôjde o financovanie nehnuteľností z vlastných alebo cudzích zdrojov. V praktickej časti diplomovej práce sa budem zaoberať oceňovaním nehnuteľnosti pomocou porovnávacej metódy ocenenia na Slovensku, financovaním pomocou hypotekárneho úveru a vytvorením hodnotovej analýzy. The topic of this diploma thesis is The Analysis of Ways of Financing Housing. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I define and characterize the development of the real estate market in Slovakia. I also describe the ways of valuing real estate and the possibilities of financing real estate, whether it is financed by one’s own funds or external sources. In the practical part of the thesis, I deal with valuation of real estate using the comparative method used in Slovakia. The last part looks at financing with mortgages and the creation of value analysis.
