Práce se zabývá návrhem výroby krytu vzduchového filtru. Součást má válcový tvar s kruhovým prolisem a dírou ve dně. Je vyráběná z ocelového plechu 11 320 tloušťky 1 mm. S přihlédnutím k sérii 20 000 kusů ročně, byla vybrána jako nejvhodnější technologie tažení konvenčním nástrojem bez ztenčení stěny. Součást je nutné táhnout ve dvou operacích, při každé musí být použit přidržovač. Nástroj pro každou operaci je samostatný. Výkresová dokumentace je zpracována pro druhý nástroj. Vzhledem k vypočtené síle byl zvolen hydraulický lis ŽĎAS CTH 250 o jmenovité síle 2 500 kN. Z ekonomického zhodnocení vyplývá, že náklady na materiál pro výrobu jednoho dílu činí asi 42 Kč. Cena nástroje pro druhý tah je 260 000 Kč. The thesis is concerned with the concept of an air filter cover production .The component has a cylindrical shape with a circular protrusion and a hole in the bottom. It is made of a steel sheet 11 320 with the thickness 1 mm. Considering the production volume of 20,000 units per year, it was chosen as the most suitable pulling technology with a conventional tool without wall thinning. The component needs to be pulled in two operations, each time a retainer has to be used. The tool for each operation is separate. Technical drawing documentation is processed for the second tool. Due to the calculated force, the ŽĎAS CTH 250 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 2,500 kN was chosen. The economic evaluation shows that the production material cost for one piece is about 42 CZK. The cost of the second stroke tool is 260,000 CZK.
