Tato práce se zabývá automatizováním výroby pájení primárních svorek u transformátoru. Budu zde posuzovat postupy, které zaručí co nejpřesnější tolerance zadané od firmy, která tento projekt řídí. Konečná verze úpravy přípravku je upravená tak, aby splňovala nejen rozměrová, ale také pevnostní, korozivzdorná, prostorová, cenová kritéria. Finální verze přípravku je testována v procesu robotem. Hlavní bude ověření rozměrové stálosti za provozu. Jedním z bodů této práce bude vypracovaný popis návrhu automatizovaného pracoviště. Důvod návrhu automatizovaného pracoviště je ulehčení zaměstnancům od náročných pracovních úkonů v procesu pájení primárních cívek. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the automate process of primary transformer´s soldering. My work is to assess proceedings that guarantee that tolerances given by the controlling company shall be as accurate as possible. Final version of the product is modified in such a way to meet a size criterion as well as strength, anti-corrosion, space and price standards. The final version of the product is tested by the robot during the process. The main task is the verification of the size stability during the operation. One of the point of my bachelor´s thesis is to descripe a plan of automate workplace. The main reason for designing a plan of automate workplace is to help employees and facilitate from demanding work in the process of primary coil soldering.
